In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Large items such as the aluminum flight case, hard-shell bike travel case, and full luggage sets are bulky by nature. These may ship via freight or a specialized carrier and can require an additional 1–3 business days of handling. Delivery of oversized freight items is curbside; please ensure someone is available to receive them.
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of the ship notification, contact us at info@vapeescapeusa.com.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized freight items.
If a carrier marks a package delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right.
