Returns & Refunds

Last updated: January 2, 2026. We want your gear to work for your trips. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Vape Escape Storage.

30-day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, locks, and accessories included.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@vapeescapeusa.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method.

Damaged or defective products

If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

  • Used or visibly worn travel gear cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
  • TSA locks that have been set and cannot be reset are non-returnable if used.

Return shipping

For non-defective returns, the customer covers return shipping. For defective or incorrect items, Vape Escape Storage covers all return costs.
